Data processed

Server logs

To operate and secure the website, the server records the IP address, date and time, requested address, HTTP status and browser user agent. These data are not used to create marketing profiles.

Language preference

The website stores the selected language in local storage under the key pollitic.language. This setting remains only in your browser and can be removed in the browser settings.

Email correspondence

If you contact us by email, we process your email address, the content of the message and correspondence metadata in order to reply and handle the matter.

Google advertising and consent management

The website uses Google AdSense and the Google CMP consent management platform. Google and the ad technology providers listed in the consent message may process technical data such as IP address, device identifiers and information stored in cookies or similar storage. Personalized ads are shown only after your affirmative consent. If you decline, Google may show non-personalized or limited ads, or no ads.

Purpose and legal basis

Server logs and email correspondence are processed for the legitimate interests of the controller: operating the website, maintaining security, preventing abuse and answering correspondence. The language preference is processed to remember the setting selected by the user. Data related to personalized ads, advertising cookies and similar technologies are processed on the basis of your consent.

Recipients

Data from server logs are processed within the infrastructure of the VPS hosting provider, OVHcloud, acting as a hosting provider. In connection with advertising and consent management, recipients may include Google LLC and the ad technology providers listed in the Google CMP message. These entities may process data outside the European Economic Area under the legal transfer mechanisms they use.

Retention periods

Server access and error logs are retained for no longer than 30 days. Email correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after the matter is closed, unless a longer period is necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland. To exercise your rights, contact the controller by email.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses local storage for the language preference described above. Google CMP and Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies depending on your choices. The detailed purposes, providers and options are presented in the consent message. External source links are opened only after you choose to visit them and are then governed by the privacy rules of the relevant website.

Change your consent

You can review, change or withdraw your choices regarding consent for advertising and advertising technologies at any time.

Changes to this policy

The policy may be updated when the website or its processing activities change. The current version is always available on this page.
