Server logs

The website stores the selected language in local storage under the key pollitic.language. This setting remains only in your browser and can be removed in the browser settings.
Email correspondence
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, the content of the message and correspondence metadata in order to reply and handle the matter.

Recipients
Data from server logs are processed within the infrastructure of the VPS hosting provider, OVHcloud, acting as a hosting provider. In connection with advertising and consent management, recipients may include Google LLC and the ad technology providers listed in the Google CMP message. These entities may process data outside the European Economic Area under the legal transfer mechanisms they use.
Retention periods
Server access and error logs are retained for no longer than 30 days. Email correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after the matter is closed, unless a longer period is necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims.

You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland. To exercise your rights, contact the controller by email.
